Architecture Manager


We are currently hiring for an experienced Architecture Manager to join our innovative team in Lisbon. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers.
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of architectural design, from conceptual development to construction documentation.
- Ensure that all design projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other related software.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job based in Lisbon. Accommodation will not be provided.
