Entry-Level Barista

We are a well-established coffee shop in Braga seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Barista. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. No prior experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and smoothies
- Ensure quality control of all beverages served
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop, including the counter area, seating areas, and restrooms
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Braga without sponsorship
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: Starting salary of 1300$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
