Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Multan. You will manage a team of staff, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Create work schedules and delegate tasks to team members
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or improve existing ones
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in the food industry is an asset but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local language is a plus)
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
Salary: 1100$ per month without accommodation. This salary may increase based on performance.
Location: Multan, Pakistan
