Heavy Equipment Operator

A reputable construction company in Funchal is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to company standards and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow all safety precautions and regulations while operating equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other documents to complete tasks accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and project managers

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and on rough terrain
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
