Wedding Planner

We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our clients' wedding events, from initial consultations to the day of the wedding. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$, and we are specifically looking for Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in wedding planning
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with vendor management and event coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to speak English fluently

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding event
- Develop detailed plans for each aspect of the wedding, including venue selection, decor, catering, entertainment, etc.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage relationships throughout the planning process
- Create timelines and schedules for all aspects of the event and ensure they are followed by all parties involved
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes in plans
- Oversee setup and execution of the event on the day of the wedding, ensuring that everything runs smoothly according to plan
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
