Plumber Supervisor


As a Plumber Supervisor in Al Buraymi, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing a team of plumbers to ensure that all plumbing work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards. Your role will involve managing schedules, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and training to your team. You will also be responsible for inspecting and troubleshooting plumbing systems, as well as ordering and maintaining necessary supplies.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and techniques. You must also be able to communicate effectively with both team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plumbers and assign tasks according to their skills and expertise
- Plan and manage schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
- Inspect plumbing systems for any issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
- Order necessary supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, techniques, tools, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor as needed
