Preservation Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Vianden. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, while also ensuring they comply with modern building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and assessments of historic buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans and strategies for restoration projects
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with preservation plans
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to complete projects
- Research historical contexts and materials for accurate restoration techniques
- Monitor project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of historical preservation principles, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable depending on experience)

City: Vianden (Accommodation not provided)

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
