Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients in the IT department. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring computer systems, and maintaining network infrastructure. You will also be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our clients, resolving any technical problems they may encounter.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of computer systems and networking, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients
- Configure new computer systems according to client specifications
- Maintain network infrastructure and troubleshoot any connectivity issues
- Provide timely and efficient support to clients
- Document all technical support activities in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously update knowledge of new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems and networking
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++ is an asset

Salary: $1800 per month
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
