Job Title: Plasterboard Worker

A reputable construction company in Funchal is seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in plasterboard installation, repair, and finishing. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Install plasterboards according to blueprints and specifications
- Measure, cut, and fit plasterboards to walls and ceilings
- Repair damaged plasterboards
- Apply joint compound and smooth out seams and joints
- Sand down rough spots and ensure smooth finish
- Work with other tradesmen to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plasterboards, adhesives, and joint compounds
- Experience with cutting tools such as saws, knives, and shears
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Good physical stamina for working in various positions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail for achieving high-quality finishes
