Part-Time Construction Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our part-time construction projects in Monte-Carlo. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of construction, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality work. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management and strong organizational skills. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation and a free visa and ticket will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects
- Develop project budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of budgeting and scheduling software
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
