Glazier Supervisor


We are seeking an experienced Glazier Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of glaziers in Las Vegas. As a Glazier Supervisor, you will be responsible for assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of glaziers, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Train new glaziers on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure work meets industry standards
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and providing necessary equipment
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Order materials and supplies as needed for projects
- Keep accurate records of job progress, materials used, and any issues that arise
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a glazier or in a similar supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of different types of glass installations, cutting techniques, and safety procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and project managers
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy glass panels and work at heights if necessary

Salary:
$1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Las Vegas, Nevada (open to Nepali candidates as well as foreigners who are legally able to work in the US)

Working Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week (may include weekends or overtime depending on project deadlines)

Accommodation:
This is not a live-in position. Accommodation will not be provided.
