Administrative Assistant
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hawalli. This position is open to all nationalities, with a preference for African or foreign candidates who are fluent in English.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring efficient daily operations. Your duties will include managing schedules, organizing paperwork, and handling general office tasks. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules for the team
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Conduct research as needed for various projects
- Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
