As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and identifying any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Performing basic repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls
- Handling more complex tasks such as installing new plumbing fixtures or repairing electrical systems
- Responding to service requests from tenants or property owners in a timely manner
- Keeping track of materials and supplies needed for repairs and reporting any shortages to the supervisor
- Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and within budget

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
