Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profits. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train and supervise all restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service is provided.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues that may arise.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency.
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and profit maximization techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed.
Salary: 1600$ per month
