A well-established architectural firm in Ashdod is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, ensuring they are structurally sound and in compliance with preservation guidelines. This position requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of historical preservation techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of historic buildings and structures to identify necessary repairs and restoration work.
- Develop preservation plans that meet client objectives while preserving the historical integrity of the building.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for restoration projects.
- Manage restoration projects from start to finish, including coordinating with contractors and overseeing construction work.
- Work closely with local authorities to ensure all preservation work is in compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on industry standards and techniques for historic preservation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect.
- Extensive knowledge of historical preservation methods and materials.
- Strong design skills with the ability to create detailed drawings and plans.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
