Restaurant Manager
We are in search of an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Ar-Ruwais. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall profitability of the restaurant. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide high-quality customer service
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with local health codes
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor food quality and ensure all dishes meet company standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items or specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is an asset)
- Strong leadership abilities and ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, financial reporting, and food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preference will be given to Canadian nationals with biometric passports. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
