We are currently hiring a skilled Concrete Worker for our construction company in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with concrete and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up forms for pouring concrete
- Pour and level concrete according to specifications
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished product for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Strong knowledge of mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent teamwork skills
