Restaurant Manager
We are in search of a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Balzers. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing the restaurant staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Oversee food and beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of local food safety regulations
- Proficiency in English
- Indian nationality preferred
