Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are accurate and meet all required standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts and create technical drawings
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce precise and detailed plans
- Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure accuracy of plans
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate project details
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Make revisions to drawings as needed based on feedback from clients or project teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Familiarity with building codes and construction methods
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Preference will be given to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Part-time opportunities may be available for qualified candidates. Women are encouraged to apply for this position.
