Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dickirch. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a part-time job without experience as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or taking messages
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct department
- Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence
- Filing and organizing documents both physically and electronically
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as data entry and invoice processing
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: $1400 per month
