We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will manage the budget, schedule, and quality of work while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least 5 years of experience in construction project management. You must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status
- Address any issues or delays that arise during construction process
- Conduct quality control checks on work completed
Requirements:
