Civil Engineer

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility
- Prepare detailed blueprints and technical drawings
- Estimate project costs and materials needed
- Manage project timelines and budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct quality control checks on completed work
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and airfare. This is a contract position suitable for male candidates of Indian nationality. Fluency in English is not required but would be an advantage. Accommodation will not be provided.
