Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Nairobi, Kenya. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for sales and are looking for an opportunity to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions
- Prepare reports on sales activities, including prospects, follow-ups, sales calls, and closed deals

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Swahili is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn about new products/services
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Must be able to work in Nairobi

Salary: 1200 USD/month
