We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at a busy cafe in the charming city of Siauliai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers with precision and speed. Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting with daily cafe operations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to customer requests with consistent quality
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas including counters, equipment, and storage areas
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers while taking orders, processing payments, and answering any questions they may have
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Help maintain inventory levels of supplies and ingredients
- Follow all health code standards for food handling and sanitation
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in the food/beverage industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Team player mentality with the willingness to help out in various tasks as needed
- A positive attitude with strong customer service skills
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable)
City: Siauliai (visa sponsorship available)
Nationality: Indian (other nationalities welcome)
Language: English is not required but considered an asset
