Civil Engineer


A reputable civil engineering firm in Shan, Kenya is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing various construction projects. Your main objective will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and plan construction projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and other structures.
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
- Prepare detailed project plans and budgets.
- Oversee the construction process and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets industry standards.
- Manage project documentation and report progress to clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering or construction industry.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other design programs.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Salary: $1100 per month.
