Office Assistant
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office assistant and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with biometric passport processes is a plus
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Gujrat. Local candidates are preferred but all qualified applicants will be considered.
