We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for management
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
