Information Technology Manager

As the Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's IT department in Fonvieille. This includes developing and implementing IT strategies to support our business objectives, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data, and providing technical support and guidance to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with our business goals
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all company systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
- Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network issues
- Develop disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of a system failure or cyber attack
- Monitor IT budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, data center management, cybersecurity practices, and cloud computing
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proven track record of developing successful IT strategies that align with business objectives
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1600 per month (without accommodation)

Location: Fonvieille (candidate nationality/location preference is not required)
