Excavator Operator


We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Doha. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment at construction sites, digging trenches, and loading and unloading materials. You should have a strong understanding of safety regulations and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, load and unload materials, and move earth
- Ensure safe operation of equipment according to company and industry safety standards
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Adhere to all safety regulations on site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid license or certification for heavy equipment operation
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures in construction sites
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions from supervisors
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred:
- Experience working in the construction industry in Doha or elsewhere in Qatar
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for excavators
- Fluency in English (oral and written)

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Doha, Qatar
