Junior Project Manager

The Junior Project Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from start to finish. This individual will work closely with the senior project manager and team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met within the specified timeline and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the senior project manager
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery and develop contingency plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements
- Conduct regular status meetings with the team to review progress, address any issues or concerns, and make necessary adjustments to the project plan
- Keep detailed records of all project activities, including meeting minutes, decisions made, and action items assigned
- Support the senior project manager in evaluating performance against project goals and objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Salary: $1100 per month.
