Job Title: Architecture Manager - Alta, Norway

We are searching for an experienced and driven Architecture Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various architectural projects. As an Architecture Manager, you will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with clients and team members
- Supervise the design process from concept development to final construction documents
- Ensure projects comply with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards
- Oversee budgeting and cost management for projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve conflicts or challenges during the design and construction process
- Review project proposals and make recommendations based on technical feasibility and budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other relevant software
- Fluency in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus)
