Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al Buraymi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and ensure that all processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a positive dining experience for customers by ensuring high-quality service and food standards
- Manage staff schedules and performance to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Oversee the financial management of the restaurant, including budgeting and cost control
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with patience and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month

This is an urgent job opening for someone who can start immediately. Please note that this position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Al Buraymi or have their own valid work visa.
