Architecture Manager


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture project management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Clairvaux, but we welcome applications from Egyptian citizens as well as foreigners with valid work permits.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position, as all communication will be conducted in English.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time position with the option for part-time work depending on the project workload.

Experience Level:
No prior experience is required for this position, but previous experience in architecture project management will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Oversee all phases of the design process from conception to completion
- Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate it into designs
- Communicate regularly with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project progress is on track
- Review designs for compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural design
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
