Junior Construction Manager

We are currently hiring a Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all work is completed within budget and on schedule.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work part-time or on a flexible schedule
- No prior experience required, but some knowledge of construction processes is a plus
- Must have own visa or work permit

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure that work is completed according to specifications
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
