Architecture Manager


We are a leading architecture firm based in Akron, seeking an experienced and talented Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. Your primary role will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the design requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project briefs
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Review and approve designs, plans, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Akron (Indian candidates preferred)
