Experienced Roofer



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining various types of roofs for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs using various materials such as asphalt, shingles, tiles, and metal
- Repair damaged or leaky roofs
- Perform routine maintenance on roofs to prevent damage and ensure longevity
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential issues or necessary repairs
- Communicate with clients to understand their roofing needs and preferences
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Roofer
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials

Salary:
$1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Los Angeles (preference for Indians/Malayalees)
