Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects within the city. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Design and prepare detailed plans for construction projects
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in civil engineering or construction management
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software for drafting plans
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
