Architectural Technologist
Location: Svalbard, Norway


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Review and analyze building codes and regulations to ensure project compliance
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep updated on industry trends, advancements, and new technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
