We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team in Mauren. This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining office efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
- Coordinate schedules for staff and clients, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ordering new supplies as needed
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary training
- Maintain office budget and track expenses
- Handle HR tasks such as employee payroll, benefits administration, and performance reviews
- Troubleshoot any technical issues within the office
- Keep track of important deadlines and ensure all necessary documents are submitted on time
- Act as a liaison between management and staff to address any concerns or issues that arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office management role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures preferred
- Familiarity with budget management software a plus

Salary: 1100$

Location: Mauren (Preference for Kenyan nationals)
