Typesetter

As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for setting and arranging text and images in a visually appealing manner for print or digital publications. You will work closely with writers, editors, and graphic designers to ensure accuracy and consistency in the layout and formatting of documents. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress.

Responsibilities:
- Receive written content from writers and editors and format it according to established style guidelines.
- Insert images, charts, graphs, or other visual elements into documents as needed.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing layouts for publications.
- Make adjustments to layout, font size, spacing, etc. as necessary.
- Proofread final documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Communicate with team members to discuss any changes or revisions needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in typesetting for print or digital publications.
- Proficiency in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow style guidelines.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Salary: $1700 per month

City: Triesen

Preference given to candidates from Pakistan or Egypt.

We are currently seeking an English-speaking Typesetter fluent in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of biometric passport layouts is a plus.
