Restaurant Manager
Our busy restaurant in Izhevsk is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team. This role requires a highly organized, customer-focused individual with exceptional leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a restaurant, a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Create schedules and assign duties to employees
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are met
- Oversee food and beverage inventory and ordering
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to meet budget goals
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain current ones
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., POS)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Salary: 1600$ per month
