Carpenter Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Bayan, overseeing and managing all carpentry projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of carpenters, ensuring quality workmanship and meeting project deadlines. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in carpentry and supervision, as well as strong communication and leadership skills. This position is open to applicants of any nationality, and no English language skills are required. Women are encouraged to apply for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all carpentry projects from start to finish
- Lead a team of carpenters, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines are met
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project schedules and resources
- Train new team members on carpentry techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials, ordering supplies as needed
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and any changes or concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in carpentry
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of different types of wood, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Attention to detail
- Physically fit for manual labor
