Architecture Manager

The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects within the company. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative designs that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture and project management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The Architecture Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a full-time position based in Acre, with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design proposals
- Lead the development of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within allocated funds
- Oversee the work of architects and other team members to ensure quality standards are met
- Review project progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to meet client expectations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance when needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations
