Experienced Baker


We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Ajman. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various baked goods, such as breads, pastries, and cakes. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and cakes
- Ensure all products are made according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail for quality control purposes
- Good communication skills in English
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Additional Preferences:
This position is open to Filipinos or Kenyans with experience in baking. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate.
