Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, including commercial and residential buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design proposals that meet their needs
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they stay within budget and meet deadlines
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers to create detailed plans and drawings for construction
- Oversee the selection of materials, equipment, contractors, and other resources needed for each project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the design process
- Review and approve all designs before submission to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
