Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design, from conceptualization to project completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and at least 5 years of experience in project management and design. Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of architectural design, including site analysis, conceptualization, planning, and construction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Work closely with engineers and other professionals to ensure that designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Review project proposals, contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, and other project documents for accuracy.
- Conduct research on new materials, technologies, building codes, and industry trends.
- Develop presentations for clients to communicate design concepts effectively.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the architecture industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software programs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and other professionals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all project documents.
- Willingness to travel and conduct site visits as needed.
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Urdu is a plus.
