Supply Manager

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Supply Manager to oversee our supply chain operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing, procurement, and delivery of goods and services to meet the needs of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory levels
- Train and supervise supply chain staff to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supply Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Relevant certification (e.g. CSCP) is a plus
