Handyman

A reputable contracting company in Greenland is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks on different properties and structures. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month, along with free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and identify any issues or potential hazards
- Maintain and repair appliances, equipment, and furniture
- Install fixtures and repair or replace damaged materials
- Keep track of inventory for necessary supplies and materials
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance processes and procedures
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently
- Good physical condition, including the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work flexible hours
