Office Assistant
We are currently hiring for the position of Office Assistant to join our team in Herning. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with document preparation and data entry
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.
Location:
The job will be located in Herning, which is known for its high standard of living and beautiful natural surroundings. Please note that accommodation will not be provided.
