Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Clairvaux. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and security checks
- Diagnose network connectivity problems and resolve issues
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software
- Document all support activities and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Experience with help desk software is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

We offer competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position. This is a full-time role with no accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Clairvaux.
